Based on the current situation of science and technology statistics service in Tianjin and the specific situation of Young Technology Giant enterprises in the city,this paper makes full use of existing data resources to study the application of business intelligence system in the process of statistical analysis of the enterprises.The demand analysis and solutions were shown from the aspects of data marts establishment,data processing and on-line analytical processing,aiming to resolve the bottleneck faced by the ST statistics in Tianjin,meet the management requirements of the situation and further expand the analysis and enable the friendly display of the in-depth analysis results,so that major indicators of the enterprises can be timely accessed by decision makers and analysts to reveal the difference between these enterprises and common companies in the existing policy environment to reflect the state of the development of science and technology enterprises in our city.Through statistical analysis of valuable regularities appeared in some certain period,it is able to provide strong data support for the policy-making of encouragement and development for technology-based SMEs.
