摘要 以天津科技统计业务现状为基础,结合天津市科技小巨人统计分析的具体情况,充分利用现有的数据资源,重点研究了商务智能系统在天津市科技小巨人企业统计分析过程中的应用。从建立数据集市、数据处理到联机分析处理的应用等方面呈现系统的需求分析和解决方案,使天津科技统计工作在解决目前面临的业务瓶颈、满足管理要求的情况下,能够进行更深层次的扩展分析和展示,从而使决策者和分析人员及时准确地获取天津市科技小巨人企业的各项重要指标,发现企业在现有政策情况下与普通企业的差异,反映该市科技型企业发展状况。对一段时期的数据,统计分析其中有价值的规律性现象,为制定鼓励和发展天津市科技型中小企业发展壮大政策提供有力数据支撑。 Based on the current situation of science and technology statistics service in Tianjin and the specific situation of Young Technology Giant enterprises in the city,this paper makes full use of existing data resources to study the application of business intelligence system in the process of statistical analysis of the enterprises.The demand analysis and solutions were shown from the aspects of data marts establishment,data processing and on-line analytical processing,aiming to resolve the bottleneck faced by the ST statistics in Tianjin,meet the management requirements of the situation and further expand the analysis and enable the friendly display of the in-depth analysis results,so that major indicators of the enterprises can be timely accessed by decision makers and analysts to reveal the difference between these enterprises and common companies in the existing policy environment to reflect the state of the development of science and technology enterprises in our city.Through statistical analysis of valuable regularities appeared in some certain period,it is able to provide strong data support for the policy-making of encouragement and development for technology-based SMEs.
