摘要
2014年天津市共承担了国家重大科技专项7项、国家主要科技计划项目521项和国家科学自然基金1015项。天津市承担的国家科技计划项目主要包含:国家科学自然基金、国家科技重大专项、863计划、973计划、国家科技支撑计划、科技型中小企业创新基金项目。天津市承担国家科技重大专项项目情况主要集中于新药创制、转基因、水污染防治、核高基等4个领域。高校以承担基础性研究项目为主,科研院所则兼顾基础研究与技术应用项目,企业主要承担技术应用项目。
In 2014, there were 7 national key science and technology special projects, 521 national science and technol- ogy planning projects and 1 015 National Science Foundation projects undertaken in Tianjin. The national science and tech- nology plans undertaken in Tianjin mainly include National Science Foundation, national key science and technology spe- cial projects, 863 Program, 973 Program, National Key Technology R＆D Program and Innovation Fund for Technology- based Firms program. Among all, national key science and technology special projects in Tianjin focus on the fields of new medicine development, transgenosis, protection of water pollution and Core Electronics, Hi-end Universal Chips and Basic Software. Universities and colleges in Tianjin focus on basic research programs, research institutes focus on both basic research and technical application projects, and enterprises in the city mainly undertake technical application projects.
