高炉软水密闭循环冷却水系统调试问题分析

摘要 在某钢铁公司新建高炉软水密闭循环冷却水系统的调试中,系统出现了大量集气、供水压力不平衡、水泵泵壳破裂、水泵振动超标等一系列问题。通过现场调查,分析了产生问题的原因,并采取了有效解决措施,保证了系统正常运行。 During the debugging of the soft water closed circulating cooling water system for the new-built blast furnace of an iron and steel company, a series of problems such as: abundant gas gathered, water supplypressure not balanced, pump shell rupture, pump vibration exceeded standard, and so on, were exposed. Through the field investigation, the cause of those problems was analyzed, and the effective countermeasures were taken toensure a normal operation of the system.
