摘要
针对某染料生产废水水质特征,设计采用微电解-水解酸化-SBR-浅层气浮-砂滤-活性炭吸附的组合处理工艺,处理规模为3 000 m^3/d。工程运行结果表明:COD_(Cr)、NH_3-N、色度的去除率分别为93.1%、76.9%、92.5%,出水水质稳定达到设计要求。介绍了工艺流程的设计及调试运行,给出了主要构筑物设计参数。
In view of the characteristics of the wastewater from dyestuff production, a combined process of microelectrolysis-hydrolytic aeidification-SBR-shallow air flotation-sand filtration-activated carbon adsorption was adopted for an actural project with treatment scale of 3 000 m3/d. The engineering operating results showed that, the removal rates of CODer, NH3-N and colority were 93.1%, 76.9% and 92.5% respectively, the effluent water quality was stable and met the design requirement. The design of the process flow as well as the commissioning and operation of the system were introduced, besides, the design parameters of the main structures were also provided.
