摘要
汽车涂装工艺产生的废水具有污染物种类多,成分复杂,水质、水量变化大且排放无规律,可生化性差等特点。对某汽车厂涂装车间各股废水分别采取有针对性的预处理后,再进行生化处理可有效去除废水中的污染物,工程实践表明,该方法不仅可以大大提高整个废水处理系统的稳定性及安全性,还可以节省投资及运行成本。详细介绍了各预处理系统及综合废水处理系统的设计,并给出了各系统设计及运行参数。
Wastewater from automobile coating process contains many kinds of pollutants, which is characterized by complex component, great variation of water quality and quantity, irregular discharge, poor biodegradazbility and so on. After the targeted pretreatment of different types of wastewater from automobile coating workshop, biochemical process was applied, and then, the pollutants in the wastewater was removed effectively. The engineering project showed that, the said method could greatly improve the stability and security of the whole wastewater treatment system, reduce investment and operation cost as well. The design of each pretreatment system and comprehensive wastewater treatment system were elaborated, besides, the system design and operation parameters were also provided.
