长江经济带高技术产业生产率变迁及其收敛性研究

Productivity Change and Convergence of Hi-Tech Industry in Yangtze Economic Zone

基于省际面板数据,采用3阶段DEA-Malmquist方法测算了2004-2013年长江经济带9省2市高技术产业的全要素生产率及其分解指标增长率。结果表明:随机误差和宏观经济环境、科技活动环境、产业内竞争程度等外部环境对生产率评估产生了显著影响。剔除这些影响,2004-2013年长江经济带高技术产业的全要素生产率呈明显波动变化趋势,但平均来看仍呈增长状态,其动力来源于技术进步,但技术效率衰退是亟待解决的问题。同时,高技术产业全要素生产率存在显著地区差异,收敛性检验表明,绝对收敛和条件收敛同时存在。

Based on the provincial panel data,using the Three-Stage DEA Malmquist Model,this paper measured the growth rates of total factor productivity（TFP）and its decompose indicators of hi-tech industry in Yangtze Economic Zone containing 9provinces and 2cities from 2004 to 2013.Empirical result showed that：Random error and the external environmental,such as macroeconomic environment,science and technology activity environment,the degree of industrial competition and so on have significant influence on the productivity evaluation.After eliminating these effects,the TFP of hi-tech industry in Yangtze Economic Zone shows obvious fluctuation from 2004 to 2013,but it is rising on the average,which is driven by the technical progress,and the recession of technical efficiency becomes a urgent problem to be solved.Meanwhile,the TFP shows significant regional differences,however,convergence test suggests that absoluteand conditional convergence coexist.
