摘要
近年来在骨质疏松和骨折愈合机制研究中,破骨细胞和破骨前体细胞在骨吸收中的相互作用越来越受到重视,被认为是未来药物治疗骨质疏松乃至其他骨质破坏疾病的关键策略和重要靶点。本文综述了趋化因子-1通路(CX3CL1-CX3CR1pathway)和1-磷酸鞘氨醇信号(S1P signal)及其受体在破骨细胞和破骨前体细胞间调控作用的最新研究进展。同时还对最近文献中出现的使用双光子显微镜活体观察破骨细胞和破骨前体细胞的方法进行了介绍,该方法被认为开启了骨科研究领域的新时代。
Recently, the interaction between osteoclast precursors and osteoclasts in osteroprosis and bone fracture healing has drawn more and more attention, which is considered to be the key therapeutic target in treating osteroprosis and other bone destruction diseases. This paper reviews the mechanism of the bone resorption, particularly focusing on the latest research progress regarding the regulatory function of CX3CL1-CX3CR1 pathways and S1P signal. And it also summarizes the method which involves two-photon microscope observation of osteoclasts and osteoclast precursor in vivo, which is considered to be able to open a new era in the field of orthopedic research.
