摘要
结合相关标准及实践经验,通过研究相关案例,对比分析电梯供配电设计中的电梯计算负荷,配电线路计算电流、电压降校验等问题;并结合相关设计手册补充说明断路器的选型及校验问题。变频技术及同步电机无齿轮曳引技术大大提高了电梯用电系统的功率因数及传动效率,需引起工程设计人员的注意。
Based on the standards and practical experiences and in combination with some examples,the calculated load of the elevator, calculated current and voltage drop calibration of the distribution lines,and other issues in the power supply and distribution design for elevator are compared and analyzed. In combination with related design manual, selection and calibration of the circuit breaker are explained additionally. For the engineering designers, it shall be noted that the power factor and transmission efficiency of elevator's power consumption system are largely improved by frequency conversion technology and synchronous motor gearless traction technology.
