昌吉州服务业发展状况研究

On Development of Service Industry in Changji Hui Prefecture in Xinjiang

本文利用2013年第三次全国经济普查资料及2000年—2014年昌吉州统计资料对昌吉州服务业总体发展水平、结构变化等方面进行分析,结果发现:昌吉州服务业在地区生产总值中的比重持续下降影响了昌吉州三次产业的协调发展;昌吉州传统服务业比重大,现代服务业发展相对滞后;新的服务业领域有待于拓展等。为此,本文提出应通过对昌吉州服务业进行科学规划、培育服务市场需求、增加投资规模和优化投资结构、开拓新的服务业领域、构筑服务业总部经济聚集区等措施来促进昌吉州服务业的进一步发展。

This paper, using the third national economic census data in 2013 and statistical materials of Changji Hui Prefecture from the year 2000 to the year 2014, analyzes the overall development and structure change of service industry of Chanji Prefecture. And the results showed that： the proportion of service industry in GDP continues to decline, which has affected the coordi- nated development of the three major industries; the proportion of traditional service industry is larger; the development of modem service industry lags behind; new services subject is to be expanded. To this end, this paper suggests the following measures should be taken to promote the further development of service industry in Changji, they are： to plan scientifically its service in- dustry, to cultivate its market demand, to increase investment and optimize the structure of service industry investment, to open up new service field and build service industry headquarters economic zones.
