履带式车辆行星架疲劳寿命仿真预测研究 被引量:1

Research of Simulation Model and Prediction of Fatigue Life of Planetary Carrier of Tracked Vehicle

摘要 行星架是履带式车辆侧减速器的重要传动机构,由于测试手段及试验方法的限制,行星架在设计时采用静强度设计理论,无法准确反映其在不同的复杂任务工况下的动态特性,给动载荷作用下构件的寿命预测分析带来了极大困难,结果导致构件的实际寿命与设计寿命有较大差距。基于ADAMS.ATV建立履带式车辆侧减速器虚拟行驶试验平台,获得了行星架在各种工况下承受的动态载荷。基于MSC.Fatigue软件建立了侧减速器的疲劳分析模型,获得了行星架的疲劳寿命。预测仿真实例证明了对行星架进行疲劳寿命预测的可行性,对复杂工况条件下履带式车辆构件疲劳寿命预测问题进行了探索,研究成果还可推广应用于相关工程领域,具有非常重要的实用意义。 The planetary carrier is an important transmission mechanism in tracked vehicles side gear reducer,and it is designed with the static strength theory within the limitation of test and experimental method.Thus the actual dynamic characteristics of planetary carrier cannot be embodied,and it brings difficulty to predict life with given dynamic loads and results in wide gap between actual life and designed. The virtual running test platform is built based on ADAMS. ATV,and the dynamic load suffered by planetary carrier in different working condition is obtained. Then the fatigue life of planetary carrier is obtained with the fatigue life prediction model of planetary carrier established with MSC. Fatigue. The study case proves the new method is feasible to predict fatigue life of planetary carrier,and the fatigue life prediction for tracked vehicles component under complex operating conditions are explored. The study results can widely extended to other engineering domains,and it has very important practical significance.
