变速器齿轮敲击的多体动力学建模及分析 被引量:7

摘要 变速器齿轮敲击是一种常见的机械式变速器噪声,出现在常啮合非承载齿轮对之间,主要由发动机输出的转矩波动和齿侧间隙引起。从碰撞角度分析敲击振动的产生,建立单对齿轮敲击多体动力学方程;对比分析刚性碰撞与弹性碰撞对齿轮敲击的影响;利用CATIA和ADAMS建立某机械式变速器齿轮传动系统多体动力学模型,分析输入转速大小、挡位选择等对变速器敲击的影响。 The transmission gear rattle noise as a common noise of the mechanical transmission,which occurred on the meshing and unloaded gears,is mainly induced by the fluctuation of the engine output torque and the backlash gap. The generated mechanism of rattle is studied based on the impact,the multi- body dynamic equations of a pair of gear rattle is established,and the influence of rigid collision and elastic collision on gear rattle is analyzed and compared. To analysis the input speed and gear selection on transmission rattle,a multi- body dynamics model of gear system for a mechanical transmission is built by CATIA and ADAMS.
