摘要
为实现双相激波摆杆活齿传动过程状态可控,设定摆杆活齿复摆函数,运用复数矢量法对激波器齿廓进行反求设计,建立激波器齿廓方程,采用轮系转化法和包络原理逆向导出中心轮齿廓方程,得到激波器和中心轮同一形式理论齿廓方程。基于同一化数学模型分析,阐释了中心轮齿廓曲率半径变化规律,确定了等距齿廓不干涉条件,定性分析了结构参数与中心轮最小曲率半径关联影响曲线,制定了结构参数选取原则,对传动过程中摆杆活齿速度变化规律进行了分析。设计实例分析结果有助于实现预先给定工况下双相激波摆杆活齿传动设计系列化、参数化。
To realize the controllable of the motion state of double generating- wave swing- rod movable tooth drive,the reverse design of wave generator tooth profile is carried out by using the complex number vector method based on the given motion law of the swing- rod. The tooth profile equation of wave generator is built,and the tooth profile equation of central wheel is deduced in detail based on converted gear train and envelope principle to get the same form theoretical tooth profile equations of wave generator and central wheel. The change law of central wheel curvature radius is illustrated based on the same mathematical model analysis,the non- interference conditions of equidistant teeth profile are given. The effect of structure parameters for the minimum profile curvature radius during the process of designing is analyzed and the principle of choosing the parameters is formulated. The change law of the velocity of swing rod movable teeth is analyzed during the transmission process. The results of the design example contribute to the series design and parametric design of double generating- wave swing- rod movable tooth drive while the operating condition is given.
