摘要
为提高卵形齿轮副的承载能力,对应用于单向连续传动场合的卵形齿轮副设计其双啮合角齿廓。基于范成法加工原理,推导双压力角非对称齿条中线沿卵形节曲线的纯滚动数学模型,结合三维软件的二次开发技术,实现双啮合角卵形齿轮副的数字化模型创建,并对所设计的卵形齿轮副进行运动学和力学特性分析。结果表明,双啮合角卵形齿轮副满足传动要求并具有良好的力学性能,对其他类型非圆齿轮副的承载能力提高具有良好的借鉴意义。
In order to enhance the bearing capacity,the double generating angle tooth profile for the oval gear pair used in unidirectional and continuous transmission occasion is designed. Based on the generation cutting theory,the pure rolling mathematical model that the center line of double pressure angle asymmetrical rack roll along the oval pitch curve is deduced. The secondary development technology of three- dimensional software is used to realize the digital modeling of oval gear pair,and then the kinematics and mechanical analysis are conducted. As a result,the designed double meshing angle oval gear pair can meet the transmission requirement and have good mechanical ability,which has well reference to the bearing capacity improvement of other non- circular gear pair.
