摘要
根据滚动轴承-转子之间的位移耦合关系以及载荷平衡关系,建立了基于轴承内部载荷-变形协调条件的滚动轴承-转子系统耦合动力学模型。以单转子系统中的对称布置的一对276927NK1W1(H)型角接触球轴承为例,分析了滚动轴承运转过程中转子耦合效应对其振动的影响以及轴承工况对耦合的影响规律。分析结果可为轴承失效分析提供更准确的参考依据。
Based on the displacement coupling relationship and loading equilibrium relationship between rolling bearings and rotor,a dynamics model of rolling bearings- rotor system based on the internal load- bearing deformation coordination condition is established. A pair of 276927NK1W1( H) angular contact ball bearings in symmetry in the single- rotor system are used as the example,the influence of rotor coupling on vibration of angular contact ball bearings is analyzed,and the influence rule of working conditions of bearings on rotor coupling effect are future studied. The results could afford more accurately reference for failure analysis of high speed ball bearings.
