摘要 提出一种基于激光干涉原理,在转子和汽缸分离情况下,测量汽轮机通流间隙的新方法,通过搭建其中的测长、测角、移站测量模型并结合实际测量系统进行简化,导出了使用此方法所涉及的基本算法。AP 1 000依托项目汽轮机总装、安装阶段通流间隙测量与控制的实践表明,与传统工艺相比,该方法准确度高,省时省力,具有相当大的推广价值。 Proposed a new method of measuring steam turbine' s flow path clearance while the rotor and its casing are in the separated conditions. Through building the kinematics models of space measuring, angel measuring, transfer station measur- ing first, and then simplified in combination with the actual measuring system. As the results, obtained the basic algorithm of using this method. The measuring practice of steam turbine' s flow path clearance in the AP 1 000 self-reliance support project assembly and installation phase shows, that the new method is more accurate, more efficient and has certain promotion value.
