摘要
根据等效热降原理、基准值理论和耦合变工况理论,提出了多因素影响的汽轮机组节能改造经济性诊断方法,基于上述理论研发了汽轮机组节能诊断分析软件模型,并以330MW机组为计算实例,验证了理论及软件在节能诊断工作中的实用性。实验表明,该方法能有效分析机组的节能潜力大小、分布和场所,为机组的合理运行和节能改造提供了客观依据。
According to the equivalent enthalpy drop theory, standard theory, and the various factors coupling variable working condition theory, this paper advance a new efficiency diagnosis method for the steam turbine unit which influenced by much factors. An integration software was developed based-on the theory. ;raking an example of 330MW unit, the practicability of the theory and the software was proved. This method can efficiently analysis the energy-saving potential and distribution of the turbine unit,and can also give the objective evidences for it' s economical operation and energy saving reform.
