摘要
鉴于当前国内球磨机负荷控制存在的主要问题,建立了球磨机控制系统的数学模型。在对球磨机磨矿特性进行分析的基础上,基于常规PID控制和模糊控制理论,提出了模糊-PID控制方案,然后用matlab对提出的控制方案的控制效果进行了仿真研究。结果表明,使用模糊-PID控制,能够实现参数的在线调整,球磨机有更好的控制效果和更强的适应能力。
Given the main problems in the current mill load control in China,a mathematical model of the ball mill is set up.Based on analysis of mill characteristics of ball mill,and based on the conventional PID and fuzzy control theory,the fuzzy-PID control plan is proposed.Then the simulation of the control plan is run on matlab to obtain control results.The results show that when using fuzzy-PID control,the ball mill can adjust parameters online and has better control as well as greater adaptability.
