十灰散加味方联合酚磺乙胺片防治混合痔术后出血的临床研究

Clinical observation of modified Shihui powder combined with etamsylate tablets on the prevention and treatment of bleeding after mixed hemorrhoid surgery

目的 观察十灰散加味方联合酚磺乙胺片防治混合痔术后出血的临床疗效。方法 将128例混合痔住院患者随机分为2组,患者均行混合痔外剥内扎术。治疗组64例应用十灰散加味方联合酚磺乙胺片治疗,对照组64例单纯应用酚磺乙胺片口服治疗,均治疗7 d。记录观察期内出血症状、术后出血停止时间、痔黏膜表面恢复情况及总体疗效。结果 治疗组观察期内各时段出血症状积分及观察期内出血症状总积分均低于对照组治疗同期（P〈0.05）。治疗组术后0-2 d出血停止情况优于对照组同期（（P〈0.05）。治疗组术后出血平均停止时间较对照组提前（P〈0.05）。2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组痔核表面黏膜恢复情况及总体疗效均优于对照组。结论 十灰散加味方联合酚磺乙胺片防治混合痔术后出血具有很好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of modified Shihui powder combined with etamsylate tablets on the prevention and treatment of bleeding after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods 128 mixed hemorrhoid hospitalized patients were received hemorrhoids milligant - morgant hemorrhoidectomy and then randomly divided into two groups. 64 cases in treatment group were treated by modified Shihui powder combined with etamsylate tablets. 64 cases in control group were treated by simple oral etamsylate tablets. The treatment course was 7 days in two groups. The hemorrhage symptom, stopping time of postoperative hemorrhage, recovery condition of hemorrhoid mucosa surface and the total effect were observed. Results The each time score and total score of hemorrhage symptom in treatment group were lower than those in control group at the same period （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The stop time of hemorrhage postoperative 0 - 2 days in treatment group was superior to that in control group at the same period （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The average hemorrhage stopping time after operation in treatment group was earlier than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was statistical significant difference on total effective rate between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）, the recovery condition of hemorrhoid mucosa surface and total effect in treatment group were superior to those in control group. Conclusion Modified Shihui powder combined with etamsylate tablets has satisfactory clinical effect on the Prevention and treatment of bleeding after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.
