血红素加氧酶-1与心血管疾病研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 血红素加氧酶-1(Heme oxygenase,HO-1)是一种32kDa蛋白,最早在1968年被确定为有降解血红素能力的微粒体酶,多个研究支持HO-1在心血管系统中的作用,包括调节血管张力、抗凋亡和血管生成。HO-1缺乏与活性氧簇(reactive oxygen species,aos)损伤、慢性炎症相关,也与增加心血管疾病易感性相关。HO-1可被多种物理和化学应力诱导,产生保护作用。笔者就HO-1的生物特性、基因表达调控、代谢产物以及在多种心血管疾病中的研究进展作一综述。
