摘要
针对一种井道无预留孔槽的无机房电梯曳引机承重结构建立了有限元模型,并根据无机房电梯的载荷特点和约束要求对其进行了力学计算,着重分析了膨胀螺栓在极限工况下拉拔力的分布和大小,为无机房电梯曳引机承重结构的安全布置和合理使用提供了参考依据。
Finite element model of roomless elevator machine bearing structure is established for a well without reserved slots. According to the load characteristics and constraints of the elevator, the mechanical calculation of the elevator is carried out. The distribution and size of the drop off force of the expansion bolt in the limiting condition are analyzed emphatically. The reference of security arrangement and rational use of roomless elevator machine bearing structure is provided.
