摘要
目的探讨超高度近视患者采用后房型有晶状体眼人工晶状体(ICL)植入术矫正治疗的临床疗效。方法选择我院于2012年1月至2014年1月期间收治的40例超高度近视(>10.0 D)患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。两组患者均在本院接受近视手术矫正治疗,观察组给予后房型有晶状体眼ICL植入术,对照组给予角膜屈光手术,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果术后1、3、6个月,观察组患者裸眼视力均高于对照组,但组间差异不显著P>0.05;观察组有效性指数也显著高于对照组,组间差异P<0.05。术后1和12个月,观察组屈光度数显著高于对照组,组间差异P<0.05。术后6个月,观察组屈光度数高于对照组,但组间差异不显著P>0.05。术后3、6个月:观察组球面像差、慧差、总高阶像差与对照组比较,组间差异P<0.05。结论超高度近视患者采用后房型有晶状体眼人工晶状体植入术矫正治疗效果较为理想。
Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in phakic eyes with super high myopia. Methods Subjects were patients with super high myopia( 10. 0D) who were admitted into our hospital between January 2012 and January 2014. Patients were randomly divided into two groups. All patients received myopic surgery. Posterior chamber lens eye( ICL) was implanted in group 1 patients( treatment group),while corneal refractory surgeries were given to group 2 patients( control group). Results At 1,3,and 6 months,visual acuity was higher in group 1 patients than in group 2 patients,but there was no statistical significance. Effectiveness index was significantly higher in group 1( P〈0. 05). At 1 and 12 months,but not at 6 months,refraction was significantly better in group 1 than in group 2( P〈0. 05). At 3 and 6 months,spherical aberration,coma aberration,and total higher-order aberrations were significantly better in group 1 than in group 2( P〈0. 05. Conclusion Super high myopia patients should be treated with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.
