眼动脉、睫状动脉及视网膜中央动脉血流参数变化与原发性视网膜色素变性的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨眼动脉(OA)、睫状后动脉(PCA)及视网膜中央动脉(CRA)血流参数变化与原发性视网膜色素变性(RP)的关系。方法采用彩色多普勒血管成像技术(CDI)测定30例(60只眼)正常体检者及32例RP患者(左22只眼,右24只眼)OA、PCA及CRA血流参数水平及时间段血流参数。结果 RP组患者OA中脉动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)、收缩期峰速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、时间平均最大流速(TAMV)水平高于对照组,而PI显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。RP组PCA中PI、RI、PSV、EDV、TAMV水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。RP组CRA中PI、RI、PSV、EDV、TAMV水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。OA各部位相关血流参数存在明显的线性关系(P<0.05),CRA、PCA与OA相关血流参数呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论 RP患者OA、PCA、CRA血流参数变化提示眼部血流供应与RP病理过程存在明显相关性。通过测定RA血流参数间的关系对研究RA眼内血流动力学的变化具有重要的意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship of ophthalmic artery( OA),posterior ciliary artery( PCA)and central retinal artery( CRA) hemodynamic changes with primary retinal pigment change( RP). Methods Hemodynamic parameters of OA,PCA and CRA were measured using color Doppler vascular phenomenon technology( CDI) in 30 normal subjects( 60 eyes) and 32 RP patients( 22 left,24 right). Results Resistance index( RI),peak systolic velocity( PSV),end-diastolic velocity( EDV),the time-averaged maximum velocity( TAMV) of OA were higher in RP patients than in normal subjects,and Pulsatility index( PI) was significantly lower than in normal subjects( P〈0. 05). All these measurements were lower in PCA and CRA in RP patients than in normal subjects( P〈0. 05). Hemodynamic measurements in OA were positively correlated with those in CRA and PCA( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Changes in OA,PCA and CRA hemodynamics in RP patients indicated that ocular blood supply was associated with the development of RP. Therefore,measurement of these parameters is important for the diagnosis and follow-up of RP.
