清热解毒通腑活血中药联合丹参注射液及奥曲肽对重症急性胰腺炎患者的疗效观察

Effective of combined Qingrejiedu and tongfuhuoxue compound with salvia miltiorrhiza and octreotide injection in patients with severe acute pancreatitis

[目的]观察清热解毒通腑活血中药联合丹参注射液及奥曲肽对重症急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。[方法]将50例重症急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组采用丹参注射液联合奥曲肽治疗,观察组在此基础上加以清热解毒通腑活血中药,2组均连续治疗2周。对2组治疗前后的相关血液指标[血清淀粉酶(AMY)、血清钙浓度(SC)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及白细胞介素-18(IL-18)]、临床症状、体征及临床疗效进行比较分析。[结果]治疗后观察组血清AMY、SC、IL-6、IL-10及IL-18水平变化明显优于对照组,观察组治疗3d和治疗7d的症状和体征积分相比对照组明显降低,观察组痊愈率较对照组明显增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]清热解毒通腑活血中药联合丹参注射液及奥曲肽治疗可有效改善重症急性胰腺炎患者临床症状体征,提高临床疗效。

[Objective]To study the clinical effect of Qingrejiedu and tongfuhuoxue combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection and octreotide for patients with severe acute pancreatitis. [Methods]Fifty cases of severe acute pancreatitis patients in our hospital from April 2012 to June 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group was 25 cases. The control group were treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined the octreotide treatment, observation group were treated with Qingrejiedu and tongfuhuoxue based on the therapy in control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The related blood indexes, clinical symptoms and signs and clinical curative effect of two groups before and after treatment were compared between the two group. [Results]The changes of AMY, SC,IL-6,IL-10 and IL-18 level in observation group after treatment were significantly superior to control group. The signs and symptoms improvement 3 d and 7 d after treatment in observation group were significantly decreased than those in control group and he cure rate in observation group was significantly increased（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Qingrejiedu and tongfuhuoxue combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection and octreotide treatment can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs, and improve the clinical curative effect.
