摘要
用密度梯度变化的变密度预制体通过化学气相渗透法(CVI)制备C/C复合材料,并研究了这种预制体结构对CVI工艺的影响。结果表明:对于相同平均密度的普通针刺预制体和变密度预制体,后者制备C/C复合材料的增密速率较快,且材料表面孔隙不易堵塞,无需经过表面处理过程。
The needled carbon fibre preform with variable density was used to prepare carbon/carbon composites using chemical vapor infiltration(CVI).The influence of preform on the process of chemical vapor infiltration(CVI)of composites was also studied.The results showed that,compared with the traditional needle-punched preform,the needled carbon fibre preform with variable density had higher rate of CVI process and less choke points in CVI process,without surface machining process.
