摘要
以PVC为基体,添加一定量经硅烷偶联剂KH570处理过的石墨,置于自制球磨机中,以100r/min的转速机械球磨30min,在165℃、8MPa的条件下于平板硫化机中热压15min,制备PVC/石墨导电复合材料。结果表明:当石墨含量为20%,KH570用量为石墨的2%时,复合材料的电阻率为0.1691Ω·cm,导热率为0.71502W/(m·K),拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别为8.63MPa和16.88MPa,软化点和热分解温度比纯PVC材料相应提高了1.55℃和8.13℃。复合材料具有良好的导电导热性能以及力学强度。
In the experiment of PVC as a base material,adding a certain amount of graphite pretreated with the silane coupling agent 570,and placed them in the homemade ball mill,under the condition of speed 100r/min,165℃,8MPa,milled 30 min.Then hot pressing 15 min on the vulcanizing machine,got PVC/graphite composites.The results showed that:the resistivity of composite contained 20% graphite reached 0.1691Ω·cm,the thermal conductivity was 0.71502W/(m·K),tensile strength and flexural strength were 8.63 MPa and 16.88 MPa,softening point and thermal decomposition temperature increased by 1.55℃ and 8.13℃compared to the pure PVC material.The composite had good mechanical strength and thermal conductivity properties.
