摘要
以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为聚合物基体,偶联剂(CA)和分散剂(DA)为助剂,通过对炭黑(CB)粒子进行物理或化学改性,以提高CB粒子在聚合物基体中的分散性,然后采用熔融共混-分离喂料技术制备PET基母粒。母粒的SEM及TEM结果分析表明,CA(NDZ-109)与DA(PE-1)不可复配使用,当CA用量为4%(wt,质量分数,下同)时,可实现CB粒子在PET基体中的良好分散,这与活化指数及理论计算结果相一致。基于熔体直纺在线添加系统,研究了母粒的纺丝组件压力升,PET/CB/4%CA母粒的组件压力较平稳,适于纺丝加工。
In order to improve the dispersion,CB particles was modified by physical or chemical method,using coupling agent(CA)and dispersant(DA)as additives,and then PET masterbatch was manufactured by means of melt blending-separation feeding.SEM and TEM results showed that CB particles were well dispersed when the dosage of CA was4wt%,which was consistent with the results of TGA,activation index and theoretical calculation.Based on directly melt spinning with on-line addition system,the pressure-rising curves of spinning pack for masterbatch were investigated,indicating the pressure of spinning pack for masterbatch termed PET/CB/4wt%CA was stable,which was suitable for spinning.
