摘要 研究硅泡沫材料在精密仪器或者武器装备中的应用性能,设计具有放射性热源的硅泡沫垫层结构,采用有限元法对硅泡沫垫层结构进行了静力分析和热力耦合分析,设置了不同路径对静力分析结果和热力耦合分析结果进行了对比,并分析了硅泡沫垫层结构存储1a时间内硅泡沫材料的应力分布规律,得到了含有放射性热源的硅泡沫垫层结构的热分布规律,硅泡沫材料耦合前后的位移分布、等效应力变化规律,硅泡沫材料在长期热力耦合作用下的应力变化具有3个不同阶段的结论,为硅泡沫材料在精密仪器和武器装备中的应用提供了参考。 In order to research the silicone foam application performance in precision instrument and weapon equipment,the foam cushion structure which containing radioactive heat source was designed.To study the static and thermal mechanical couple of the foam cushion structure,The finite element mathod was used.Different path was set up to contrast the results of static analysis and thermal coupled analysis,meanwhile the stress distribution rules of material was analyzed when foam cushion structure storaged in one year time.Finally the heat distribution rules,the shift distribution rules between the static and thermal mechanical couple,the equivalment stress variation rules of foam cushion were obtained.The conclusion that stress variation had three different stages on long term thermal mechanical couple was got.These conclusions provided references for the application of silicone foam in precision instrument and weapon equipment.
