填充改性苯乙炔封端的聚酰亚胺复合材料力学性能研究

摘要 分别采用碳纳米管(CNTs)和石墨烯对聚酰亚胺树脂进行增强,制备了碳纤维增强复合材料。测试复合材料在不同温度下拉伸、弯曲、层剪等力学性能,通过SEM和TEM对材料微观结构进行表征。结果表明,增强后复合材料的力学性能在室温和高温条件下均有所提高。相比300℃时未改性的复合材料,填充CNTs复合材料的拉伸模量和填充石墨烯复合材料的弯曲强度均有所提升。 Composite materials were fabricated with polyimide resin reinforced by CNTs and graphene respectively.Mechanical properties of the composites were tested at different temperatures,including tensile,bending,shear properties.The fracture morphology of material microstructure was analysed by means of SEM and TEM.The results showed that the mechanical properties of material were improved both in room temperature and high temperature.Compared with the original composite,the tensile and bending properties in 300℃ were upgraded nearly 38% and 28%,respectively.
