摘要
为了满足大气激光通信系统对接收端高灵敏度的要求,通过分析APD和接收机的温度电压特性,以及电压和温度的波动对接收机灵敏度的影响,设计了一种大气激光通信接收机,包括低纹波APD偏压控制电路、APD温度控制电路和主放大器电路等。实验结果表明,偏置电压为46.35V、温度为290K、误码率为10^(-9)时,接收机灵敏度达到-39.1d Bm,满足通信系统要求。
In order to meet the sensitivity requirement of the atmospheric laser communication system receiver, the paper discussed the temperature and voltage characteristic of APD, the temperature and voltage characteristic of the receiver and the influence on receiver sensitivity of the fluctuation of voltage and temperature. The paper designed a kind of atmosphere laser communication receiver, including low ripple APD bias control circuit, APD temperature control circuit, main amplifier circuit, etc. The experimental results show that the receiver sensitivity reached -39.1dBm, as the bias is 46.35V, the temperature is 290K and the BER is lower than 10^-9.
