农地产权科层概念模型对我国农地产权变迁有解释力,对当代农地产权流转改革有指导价值。农地集中服务分散产权结构是一种有效率的农地科层形式,该产权结构成立的关键是上层主体在赋权分配过程中如何保留能导致下层主体产出效率最高的剩余产权,该产权结构是坚持家庭分散经营为主体的农地产权改革之重要方向。

The conceptual model of agriculture land property rights hierarchy has the ability to explain the changes of land property rights and the value to guide land property rights transactions in current China. Centralized ser-vice distribution of agriculture land property rights ownership has formed an efficient property right structure model and it will be the choice in Chinese reform in agriculture land property rights.
