SC11生防菌剂及其不同复配对西瓜和茄子防病促生作用 被引量:6

Effects of SC11 Combined with Other Biocontrol Agents on Disease Control and Growth Promotion in Watermelon and Eggplant

摘要 基于时间与空间动态概念探究生防菌SC11不同剂型对茄子防病促生效果,生防菌SC11与Fo47、153粉剂复配对西瓜枯萎病的防治效果。结果表明,菌株SC11不同剂型处理对茄子黄萎病具有明显的防效,其中以种衣剂处理防效最优(69.98%),接近药剂对照多菌灵。同时,SC11不同制剂能显著增加茄子叶面积、株高或鲜质量,与对照相比,SC11种衣剂处理的叶面积、株高分别提高129.64%、100.84%,粉剂处理的株高、鲜质量增幅分别为69.64%、116.29%。SC11施用后30d施用153(C2处理),对西瓜枯萎病的防效达89.47%,远高于其他处理。SC11和Fo47同时施用时,防效最低,低于单独施用的防效。初步确定SC11不同剂型对茄子的促生作用及其对茄子黄萎病的防治效果,明确基于动态时空防治西瓜枯萎病的生防菌复配组合,间隔施用能有效提高复配防效。 The purpose of the study is to explore control effect of the combination of biocontrol agents (BCAs) SCll,Fo47 and 153 against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum,as well as control effect of different microbial inocula SCll against Verticilliurn dahliaeand growth promotion effects on eggplant. Different products of SCll were tested to control watermelon wilt infected by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum in the greenhouse, followed by the combination of biocontrol agents. Meanwhile, the microbial preparations of SCll were also tested the plant-growth-promoting effect on potted eggplant. The results indicated that the seed coating agent achieved the highest control effect with 69.98%, similar to the carbendazim control. In the growth promotion experiment, seed coating agent reached significant growth and development in eggplant. Different preparations of SCll improved the leaf area, plant height and fresh mass of eggplants significantly. The leaf area, plant height of eggplant treated by seed coating agent was increased by 129.64% and 100.84% respectively. Meanwhile, plant height,fresh mass of eggplant treated by powder was rose by 69.64% and 116.29% respectively. Sequential combination of SCll and 153 was extraordinarily effective with control effect 89.47% for a 30-day interval,higher than other combinations. Simultaneous combination of SCll and Fo47 resulted in the least control effect. This research basically identified the growth-promoting effects of eggplant and control of eggplant Verticillium wilt with different formulations of SCll ,clarified the BCAs combination to control watermelon Fusarium wilt, sequential combination of biocontrol agents with interval could improve the control effect effectively.
