基于碳数动力学的劣质油加氢反应器模拟及其GUI设计

Simulation of inferior oil hydrogenation reactor based on carbon-number lumping kinetic and design of its GUI

摘要 针对劣质油加氢两段固定床反应器的绝热一维拟均相数学模型,采用MATLAB语言编制其计算程序,实现对加氢反应过程的模拟计算。同时,利用MATLAB中的GUI开发了界面友好的加氢反应器模拟软件,该软件提供了良好的交互性和扩展性,并且有效实现了不同工况下,对加氢过程产品收率分布和各段反应器内温升分布的预测,该工作为劣质油加氢过程的工业化放大模拟设计提供了可行性指导。 One dimension homogeneous model of two-stage fixed bed reactor for inferior oil hydrogenation was simulated and calculated using the MATLAB programming. Meanwhile, graphics user interface (GUI) in MATLAB was employed to develop simulation software with friendly interface for hydrogenation process, this software further provide a good interaction and extensibility. The simulated results from the software revealed the effectiveness in predicting the products yields distribution and temperature profile along the reactor, which can serve as a significant guidance for the simulation and design of inferior oil hydrogenation in industrial scale.
