摘要
循环水系统在石油化工等领域是必不可少的基本环节,水耗量大。当前,我国循环水用量已经占到工业用水总量的70%,寻找有效的方法节约循环水量十分必要。本文以某炼厂循环水系统为例提出一个改造方案,并对改造后的冷却器的换热性能是否满足改造前的换热目标进行核算,对不能满足目标的提出了强化传热和增加新鲜冷却水的方案并计算了其相关费用。总循环冷冷却水降低到原来的59.3%,从而节约泵功66.28 kw,节约每年的操作费用51.3万元。
The circulating water system is an essential part in the petrochemical industry. The water consumption of it is very large and it has occupied 70% of the whole industry's water consumption, so searching an effective method to save the water quantity is urgent. This work gives a retrofit scheme based on a certain refinery's circulating water system and then gives a check calculation to see if the coolers after the retrofit can fulfill the cooling task before the retrofit. To the cooler which can't fulfill the task, this work gives two solutions: heat transfer enhancement and adding fresh cooling water and gives the expenses of the heat transfer enhancement. Finally, the overall circulating water decreases to 59.3% of primary consumption. This retrofit decreases the pump work of 66.28 kW and operating fee of 513 thousand yuan.
