摘要
采用反应精馏技术以乙二醇和乙酸为原料,NKC-9树脂为催化剂,通过酯化反应合成乙二醇二乙酸酯。运用Aspen Plus对反应精馏工艺进行模拟,详细考察理论板数、回流比、进料配比等因素对反应精馏塔性能的影响,从而获得适宜的工艺操作参数。结果表明:在精馏段、反应段和提馏段理论板数分别为3、7、5,进料酸醇比为2.6:1,回流比为1.1,塔顶采出进料摩尔比为0.53的工艺条件下乙二醇的转化率达99.9%,乙二醇二乙酸酯的收率达99.9%。模拟结果对反应精馏合成乙二醇二乙酸酯的工艺设计和过程优化具有重要指导意义。
The technology of reactive distillation was applied to synthesis ethylene glycol diacetate from ethylene glycol and acetic acid catalyzed by NKC-9 resin. In order to obtain the suitable operation parameters, Aspen plus software was used to simulate the process of reactive distillation column and the effects of rectifying, reaction, and stripping stages, reflux ratio, and feeding molar ratio on the performance of the column were investigated. It has been found that an optimal column configuration for the EGDA production under the study is designed with 3 rectifying stages, 7 reaction and 5 stripping stages. And the optimal operating parameters are feed molar ratio of acetic acid to ethylene glycol of 2.6, reflux ratio of 1.1, and molar ratio of distillate to feed of 0.53.Under this condition, both the EG conversion and the yield of EGDA are up to 99.9%.
