Comparative Analysis of Commercial Forest Financing Models

随着经济的发展,全球性生态破坏和能源危机日益突出,森林可持续经营问题受到越来越多的国家的重视,但受限于林业国内配套林业融资机制的匮乏,林业融资渠道的创新和多样化成为各国共同的议题。文章分析比较了包括林地投资、林业投资基金、森林资产证券化等在内的国际商品林业融资模式,总结其理论和实践经验,以期为进一步拓展我国林业商业融资渠道提供启示和借鉴。

Along with economic development, ecological system damage and energy crisis getting serious globally,more and more countries are paid more attention on sustainable forest development, but all faced challenges from lack of enough forest development funding. Creating and diversifying the financing channels to support forest development became the main stream effort. The paper analyze and compare commercial forest＇s financing channels worldwide included forest land investment, forest investment fund and forest asset securitization, summarize theories and practices and in order to supply the lesson learn for exploring more financing channels of commercial forest development in China.
