摘要
从剃须刀头的产品特点出发,运用UG Mold Wizard模块进行了塑件的分模设计,包括分型线、分型面的创建和型芯、型腔分型,采用双腔布局;使用模架索引列表对标准模架尺寸和参数进行了编辑,选取并校核了模架;设计了浇注系统和冷却回路。生产实践证明,剃须刀头模具运行平稳,产品优良。
From the features of the razor head,UG Mold Wizard module was used for the plastic parting design,including the parting line and parting surface,core and cavity parting.In the design,double cavity layout was adopted,and standard mould frame size and parameters were edited according to the die set index list.Also,die set was selected and checked.The gating system and cooling water circuit were designed.Production practice proves that the razor head mould can ensure smooth operation,and make excellent products.
