摘要
利用正交试验设计的方法,设计了试验工件和工艺指标评价方法,用直观分析法和方差分析法对往复走丝线切割机床加工3A21铝合金的运丝速度、峰值电流、脉宽、脉冲间隙与脉冲宽度比、进给速度等工艺条件对加工效率、表面粗糙度、加工精度和放电间隙的影响做出了研究,模拟实际加工条件得出了优化的加工参数组合,并对加工参数进行了进一步试验验证,为进一步研究快走丝电火花线切割加工奠定了基础。
Orthogonal experiment with designed specimens and evaluation of process indicators is applied to analyze the effect of EDM parameters,including wire speed,peak current,pulse interval and pulse width ratio and feeding speed,on the result of processing including efficiency,surface smoothness,accuracy and discharging gap using intuitive analysis and variance analysis.By simulating the actual processing conditions,the optimized EMD parameters are chosen and tested which lays a solid foundation for further study for EDM processing.
