"平庸的恶"与"法治的善"作为相对存在的法治理念和社会现象,从不同角度和不同程度影响着社会法治思维的变迁和法治实践的发展。通过立法、执法、司法、守法等领域的一体化建设,对"平庸的恶"予以有力扼制,使"法治的善"得于全面弘扬,将有助于引导和推动依法治国的历史进程。

＂The banality of evil＂and ＂the goodness of law＂are relative concepts and social phenomenon.They affect the transform of social legal thinking and the development of legal practice from different angles and levels. Through the integrated construction in the legislation,law enforcement,judicial activities,and law- abiding,＂the banality of evil＂will be suppressed effectively,＂the goodness of law＂will be propagated fully,and the process of ＂governing the country according to law＂will be promoted.
