Solutions to Problems in Cultivating “Three Advocates” by Historical Materialism

历史唯物主义给我们破解培育和践行社会主义核心价值观中遇到的难题提供了"精神武器"。破解培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的难题,要从经济基础和上层建筑的矛盾运动规律、社会意识相对独立性、阶级分析方法、科学技术作用的两重性、群众的观点、个人在社会中的作用等唯物史观的基本原理出发,批判市场经济负面效应、肃清封建主义思想残余、加快改革步伐、合理利用科学技术、走群众路线、消除党内腐败。

Historical materialism provides a＂spiritual weapon＂to crack the problems in cultivating and practicing the core socialist values. To solve those problems,we should criticize the negative effects of the market economy,eliminate residual of feudalism ideas,accelerate the pace of reform,use science and technology rationally,follow the mass line,and eradicate corruption within the party,by using the basic principles of historical materialism such as the law of contradiction movement between economic basis and the superstructure,relative independence of social consciousness,method of class analysis,the duality of science and technology,the role of public opinion,and the role of individual in society.
