摘要
梁漱溟的教学思想兼具时代性和个人特色,基于时代要求而提出了将人才培养与社会进步相统一的教学目标,并提出融知识技能与民族精神陶冶相统一的教学资源与教学组织并采用学术性讲演与人生指导为特征的朝会和学生课外自学的教学方式。他的教学思想不仅有助于乡村教育的办学实践而且为当代的教学论学科提供有益的元素。
Liang Shu- ming's teaching thought presents times and personal characteristics. Based on the requirements of times,he puts forward the teaching goal of accomodating education to social progress. He advocates teaching resources and organizations should combine with the unity of knowledge skills and the national spirit cultivation,and teaching method should contain seminars with the characteristics of academic lectures and life guidance and the students' self- study outside class. His teaching thought not only contributes to the practice of rural education but provides modern teaching theory with useful elements.
