摘要
当今,我国的电梯使用已非常普遍了。本文通过对电梯指令实施中形成的相关文件研究,介绍了欧洲电梯指令运行机制的主要特点,希望对完善我国相关法律、法规以及标准体系提供有益的参考。
The elevator is now widely used in China. Based on the study of Europe Lift Directive （95/16/EC） and relevant documents generated during its implementation, this paper introduces the main characteristics of operation mechanism in 95/16/EC, and hope to provide some references for the improvement of relevant domestic laws, regulations and standard systems.
