上海市建设工程质量保险“瓶颈”的解决对策

住宅质量问题困扰着不少家庭。本文通过对我国工程质量潜在缺陷保险现状和国外住宅质量保险制度的研究,提出如何完善我国工程质量潜在缺陷保险制度的一些建议,为如何降低住宅质量风险、提升住宅质量提供借鉴。

Housing quality problems plagued many families. Through the studies of the current situation of insurance on potential defect of construction quality in China and housing quality insurance system abroad, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the insurance system on potential construction quality defect, and provides some references to reduce the risk on housing quality and improve the housing quality.
