长清地区春季大气中颗粒物的SEM观察与分析 被引量:7

摘要 利用扫描电镜观察分析了长清地区春季大气中颗粒物显微形态及粒径分布状况,采用统计回归分析方法绘制了连续30d的大气颗粒物粒径与数量分布状况关系曲线及相应的柱状图.试验结果表明:大气颗粒物主要集中在0—1.0μm和1.0~2.5μm的粒径范围内,显微形态有不规则的颗粒状、块状、圆球状、棒状和片状等.另外,还观察到了杆菌和花粉的显微形态.试验结果对于研究大气中PM2.5、PM10及大气污染状况具有一定的参考价值. The microstructure and particle size and distribution of the atmospheric particulate matters were observed in the spring time in Changqing area by use of a scanning electron microscope. The relation curve and histogram of the particle size and distribution of the quantity of atmospheric particulates during a continuous thirty days was drawn using the statistical regression analysis method. The experimental results showed that atmospheric particulates were mainly in a particle size range of 0 - 1.0 μm and 1.0 - 2. 5 μm. The microstructure of atmospheric particulate matters included irregular particle, block, spherosome, clava, chip, etc. In addition, the microstructures of Escherichia coli and pollen are observed. The experimental results have reference value to the research of PM2. 5 and PM10 in atmosphere and the atmospheric contamination to some extent. And the experimental method is worthy to be applied widely.
