摘要
由于越野滑雪运动员训练与比赛的时间持续性长,极易出现运动性损伤,或者厌烦训练与比赛的心理状态,导致比赛欲望降低,应激能力下降。针对训练比赛中运动中常见的腰部、膝关节损伤,应采取按摩与理疗、针灸等方法给予及时的治疗;对厌烦训练、比赛欲望降低、应激能力下降等疲劳状态,采用改变训练方法、调整负荷,转换训练环境、重新设置训练目标,中药调理、营养补充等手段进行积极的恢复。
Because the time of training and competitions for cross country skiers is long, it is very easy for skiers to get sports injury or be tired of training and competitons, which will lead to decrease the desire of competitions and stress ability. According to the common injuries of waist and knee joints in the training and competitions, the methods of massage, physiotherapy, acupuncture and so on should be taken timely. For getting tired of training, decreasing the desire to compete and stress ability reducing, recover actively by changing training methods, adjusting the load, changing training environment, reset the training objectives, conditioning with traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition supplement and other means.
