摘要
以Fluent软件为工具,模拟蒸汽-水工况下中心管式重力分离器中液滴的运动,考察影响中心管式重力分离器汽水分离效率的主要因素。结果表明:液滴速度对分离器的分离效率的影响基本可以忽略;蒸汽速度和中心管径对分离器的分离效率影响较大,蒸汽速度越大分离效率越低,中心管直径越小分离效率越高;中心管长度对液滴的临界分离直径无影响,但能提高小颗粒直径的分离效率。
To improve the understanding of the separation process of center pipe steam separator, numerical simulation of the movement of drop in it was conducted with Fluent software and the key factors influencing the efficiency were an- alysed. The results showed that, the velocity of droplet had little influence on efficiency, but both the smaller velocity of steam and diameter of center pipe could increase the efficiency.
