摘要
通过对干馏式煤气发生炉实际生产过程中相关数据及煤质情况的分析研究,对炉内料层温度进行了合理推测,结合各反应层次煤气中H2S的检测数据,系统分析了发生炉内的析硫和固硫反应原理,指出煤中自身矿物质中的某些物质具有较好的固硫作用,其中铁盐转化的氧化铁类物质具有炉内脱硫过程中间载体的作用。
After an analysis of detection on relevant data and coal quality situation in the practical production process of pyrolysis coal gasifier, a reasonable speculation for the temperature of material layer in furnace was made. Based on the testing data of H2S in coal gas in different reaction level, the reaction principle of sulfur separation and sulfur fixation in gasifier was systematically analyzed. It was pointed out that some components of minerals in coal had better sulfur fixing effect, and the ferric oxide substance came from the transformation of molysite acted as the intermediate carrier during desulfurization process in furnace.
