摘要
以150℃工业锅炉低温烟气余热利用为目标,对五种低沸点有机工质带回热和基本循环两种系统的性能进行对比研究,分析过热度对系统性能的影响。研究结果表明,过热度对系统的性能提高不明显,甚至缓慢降低,五种工质相同工况下,R600a的热效率最高。
In order to get the effect of superheat on system performance, comparative study were carried out for two kinds of organic rankine cycle (ORC) system. Five organic fluids such as R245fa, R236ea, R227ea, R141b and R600a were selected as the working fluid of the ORC system driven by 150 centigrade flue gas from coal-fired industry boiler. The result showed that superheat could not improve system performance obviously, even decreased slowly. In the same working conditions, R600a had the most thermal efficiency.
