摘要
薄壁盘与薄壁筒类零件是车工生产中典型的两类薄壁零件,由于壁薄刚性差,加工中容易出现变形、振刀现象,加工质量难以保证。本文通过以薄壁盘类零件某壳体盖和薄壁筒类零件某壳体为例,分析薄壁零件的车削加工思路与方法,进一步探讨薄壁零件的车削加工技巧。
The ideas and methods of thin wall parts turning process were analyzed by taking thin wall and thin wall cylinder parts as examples. The turning process of thin wall parts was discussed.
