碳化硅冶炼中低碳锰铁的探索

摘要 为探索"Mn O+Si C"在高温下进行熔融还原的可行性,文章对"Mn O+Si C"在高温下,一步法进行熔融还原冶炼中低碳锰铁的实验现象与结果进行了总结和分析。结果表明,选用电硅热法一步冶炼中低碳锰铁的工艺制度是可行的,可以得到符合要求的中低碳锰铁,但锰的回收率较低,仍存在一些问题。 For exploring the feasibility of "MnO+SiC" smelting reduction under the high temperature, the experimental phenomena and results were summarized and analyzed in this paper. The result showed that the smelting reduction theory of "MnO+SiC"under high temperature was correct. The one-step process system of electrical carbon silicon thermal was feasible. It could get medium and low carbon ferromanganeses that met the requirements. However, the recovery rate was low, which still had some problems.
