摘要
变压器瓦斯保护具有动作快、灵敏度高、结构简单等特点,能反映变压器油箱内部各种类型的故障。文章对25 MVA电炉三台单相变压器(3×8.333 MVA)在正常运行中发生轻瓦斯气体,并从气相色谱分析、电炉变压器吊芯检查及外部结构综合进行剖析,查出故障发生的原因,并采取有效的改进措施排除故障。
Transformer gas protection function has characteristics with fast, high sensitivity and simple structure, it also can reflect various types of failure inner transformer tank. According to gas chromatography, furnace transformer suspend-ed core examination and external structure comprehensive analysis for the light gas in normal operation of three 25 MVA furnaces single-phase transformer(3×8.333 MVA), finding out the cause of the problem, troubleshooting and improvement.
